Hey everybody, I was referred to this site a couple days ago. BBQ has been a hobby of mine for about a year now. I'm getting started in competition but still have alot to learn.

Thanks everybody, Right now I have an Assassin smoker, A stainless UDS, an Akorn, and block pit behind my shop, and my newest is a Green Mountain Daniel Boone, oh and I have a weber 22" and a gasser but they rarely get used. Not sure if it should be called my hobby or my obsession. Pretty much if i'm not cooking something, i'm thinking about what i'm gonnasmoke next or how i'm gonna try it differently next time lol.
