Welcome, from N.E. Ohio.

I used to live about 75 miles North of you in a small town called Liberty (Burlington/Greensboro area).

Howdy Hog. How's that DB doing? Sold the Chubby and fell flat at the Jack. 73rd out of 89 in Brisket. Team did great, 6th in ribs and 23rd in butts. All on pellets. I expect you to be there, one day. Look forward to seeing you on the circuit next year.  ;)

The DB is doing good, it's spoiling me. I'm thinking about selling all the smokers after this next contest and getting 1 big pellet smoker to compete with next year. I hope to be at alot of comps next year!

I'm going cook on a Jim Bowie next year, and take my UDS along for smoke. I know you've seen a lot of FEC100s on the circuit, but considering the price difference ($4000 vs $1000), you could buy four of those JBs. Something to consider.  ::)  What's your next comp?

I've been looking at the Yoder 640 but haven't made my mind up for sure yet. I'm gonna compete in hoghappnin in Shelby, NC this weekend. Alot of teams are signed up so it should be a pretty good contest. After this one i'm not sure of anymore close by until next year but i plan on hitting ALOT of them next year if things go as planned.
