So my buddy (one of those trained chef types) offered to hit the Whole Foods bulk spice section with me to pull together a couple batches of rubs (one for pork/chicken and one for fish...and a couple nice salts/peppers for steak)
Anywho, I figured I'd just dump 'em into a couple jars and shake... as soon as I had the different spices dumped in but before any mixing, my wife has started planning Christmas gifts....
