Found this site gathering information on pellet smokers. I'm about 90 percent settled on the Camp Chef model with the stainless Steel lid.

This looks as if this a great site for all things in outdoor cooking. I am a 69 year old semi-retired dentist who has a great family and friends. I am a conservative Christian.

Hop over to our product review section. I did a full review on the CC pellet grill when it first came out and re-reviewed it with the heavier SS lid and pellet clean out option.  8)
