Hello to All,

Like new member METALMUNCHER I too stumbled upon this site while seeking information on pellet grilling/smoking.  Read all posts on Pellet Smokers from this forum and made the purchase three weeks ago, eagerly awaiting its arrival.  Being a new to the forum and new to pellet smoking I think I made an excellent choice of pellet smokers and in joining this forum.

Thanks for the welcome!

I purchased the Grid Iron from Blaz'n Grill Works in Nebraska.  Ordered the Silver Vein paint and grill cover.  Didn't need the Lid Insulator, doesn't get cold in this part of Florida.  Will post pictures when it arrives.   Have been thinking about ordering a Downdraft but, that's another subject.

Since then I added the downdraft hood and it has made a large difference in temp swings. I also added some high heat gaskets around the lid.
