Just a quick intro:
New to the group
Just broke in my New RECTEC Mini Pellet Smoker yesterday with Beef RIbs.
The order process and delivery was plain and simple.
Prepped the RecTec as per instructions and had no issues.
Used B & B Hickory Pellets and rub was Kosher Salt and Fresh round Pepper.
Fired it up and for the 6 hrs of smoking, The temp was constant at 225. Maybe varied by 1 or 2 degrees if that.
