Hello all - it's good to be here,
I've been cooking in one form or another pretty much as long as I can remember. Although grilling has never been my strong suit and I'm extremely new to smoking I look forward to improving my skills here with this community. I almost never make the same recipe twice but always keep excellent notes and a copy of each recipe created or modified. To me there is always room for improvement and if nothing else I might stumble onto something different to build on next time or maybe even years from now. I enjoy the cooking that is cooked low and slow and full of small details which naturally drew me to BBQ.
I recently picked up a Char-Broil SRG and hope that will be good one to cut my teeth on.
Looking forward to learning this art and one day passing on some knowledge myself
