Hello all - look forward to learning a lot here! I've been a Weber kettle guy for a couple of decades and have done most of the "usuals" on it with good results...but I'm now the proud owner of a new Pit Barrel Cooker so I'm curious to see how this thing works! One cook under my belt and the ribs were overdone but the chicken legs were the best I've ever had - I'm sure I've got some learning to do on this one.
