   I saw this show last night on PBS.  The owners of Monroe Sausage are customers of mine but I did not know they had bought this operation.. Its sort of a mild version of Conecuh.
Second ,  I did not know about the Fatback pig project up near Tommy. They are claiming "High End Sausage" and custom sausage. Looks to be just wholesale. We need Tommy to investigate this...
