Greetings from a Canadian in Indonesia
« Reply #-1 on: July 19, 2016, 01:37:33 PM »
Happy (and privileged) to join this forum as a member. Thank you to everyone for sharing your time and knowledge here. I'm currently in Jakarta, Indonesia - I've been doing my best cook as much as possible here for the last 6 years. Mostly beef and chicken - pork when quality is good. The beef here is primarily Australian (arriving chilled). I enjoy being one of the only ex-pats who have ventured into the "Mother Market" (Pasar Induk) where all the daily staples and additional spices arrive from across Indonesia daily. I look forward to sharing back to the group here.
Cheers,
Warren
