Yet another NC welcome  ;D

I made several trips to Indonesia back when I was still a road warrior and greatly enjoyed them all.  I can't remember the name of the restaurant in Jakarta where my client took me one day, but it was a huge open-air affair with both Indonesian and Polynesian food served as multiple courses on a lazy susan in the middle of the table.  Fabulous fresh fish.  Also quite a few chicken and pork dishes with exotic spices and condiments.
