Hi folks! Long time griller here (Napoleon Gemini PT750) and proud owner of a brand new Pit Barrel Cooker. Caught the BBQ bug on a recent trip to Kansas City (starting point for a 900 mile bicycle ride back to Winnipeg). In researching what cookers were available (and what I could afford) I found this site to be a goldmine of information about the PBC and hope to make some useful contributions of my own soon. Looking forward to lots of learning as well as some fun here!

(sorry about the long name - a reference to a favorite U2 song)
