Smoke, you are the reason I ordered an Open Range. Had been doing research and trying to decide between a pellet smoker or charcoal when I came across your detailed review. When I read those sentences about "no moving parts, no electronics, no auger binding, etc" the fog lifted and the sun came out. If I pester you too much about questions once I get this baby just let me know. Lol.

Think you could help me out a little with my medical expenses? I'm sure I'll have some when my wife sees this months credit card statement!

on the expenses.....run and run quickly.....when she catches you curl up in the fetal position and lay very still until the beating ends  :D...Works for me.

You pester me all you want to. In fact, I will get down right upset if you don't  :) :)

I am very touched and it makes me feel good that my reviews can nay or sway somebody. I do em honest and call it right down the middle  8)

Nothin' wrong with a good hamburger.
Soon you will be smokin' butts, ribs, & jerky, and the occasional fattie.
Along with things you may not have even known could be cooked.

A heads up:  If you're gonna spend all your money on smokers and the like, then you gotta also pay the bills so she doesn't know here the money is going. :P :P
