Hello from Texas
« Reply #-1 on: August 25, 2016, 10:04:06 AM »
Hello all,

Just introducing myself. I been bbq'ng for sometime, but recently bought a Rec Tec mini for use in our RV. I'm pretty new to pellet grills/smokers.  Would love to learn  all I can and contribute along the way. I've got a Oklahoma Joe smoker, a kamado grill, and a gas grill. I'm also a Homebrewer on a break ;) . Thanks for all the info.

Jesse

Its a black one I picked up from Samsclub, came with the pizza stone and on clearance. Its actually a very nice grill. Everything on its comes out exceptional.

Welcome from middle Georgia, sir.

Lots of pelletiers around here, though I am not one.
I have a Pecos offset and an Akorn kamado.
Help is right around the corner, I'm sure.
