Greetings from New Hampshire

Hello everyone,

First off, I suck at cooking. Looking to steal from all of you experts. Yesterday I was researching Char-Broil SRG then stumbling across the Cook-Air Grill. So I youtubed it and eventually bought it from Cabela's last night online. After I bought it I remembered the video mentioned a bbq forum. Rewatched it and know I'm a member here.

I also own a Weber kettle, Smoke Vault 24", and an Anova (because I suck at cooking).
