Yesterday's grilled pork chops were cancelled because of 55-60 mph wind gusts, so we had pizza delivered.
This evening the winds died back to 35 mph gusts, but still too much for grilling safely.
So we snacked on an antipasto platter of provellone cheese, salami, prosciutto, olives, merlot bellavitano cheese, good olive oil, crostini, and Italian bread. A couple glasses of vino topped it all off!
Sometimes it's nice to not cook!
