It was great fun... right up to the political threads.
What part of the following do you NOT understand?
For clarity - I would feel exactly the same if his political opinion been for the opposite party. Respect must be mutual, and neutrality in business is critical.
"Political" in the context of LTBBQ would be defined as US participating the promotion of arguing over a party, or a candidate. WE ARE NOT. The principle of this is clear: Penzey felt that his self-importance granted him the right and privilege to force HIS personal views/feeling/opinions on his customers - of whom, he felt a large portion - could not possibly vote "correctly" without HIS guidance.
And - for YOUR personal benefit - I will tell you that I am NOT happy with EITHER of the parties. I am NOT member of EITHER party. And, I feel that we got the WORST 2 to choose from. Are we clear now? DO NOT attempt to turn this into something that it is NOT.
Please - let''s be sure this thread stays on point. I can explain it to you, but I cannot understand it for you....
It was not smart of him to do.... but it is a free country. I won't buy his products because of this but it is his right to do it.
As far as this post keep it up
. What upsets me about his post is his attack of me & lack of respect for others that don't think like him. If It was just his opinion of how he sees the country & how it should be run that would be OK with me.
My dad knew the new President I wonder if he does.
As far as "neutrality in business is critical" I agree for success LOL but again it is up to him to run his business the way he wants.
My Dad worked part time for one admin. & did not stay on under the new admin. He ran a business at the same time but still expressed his political feelings to his customers/workers the same as I do. We stand for what we believe in. Now I never attack people or my customers I just explain how I feel about things.
On this site I keep it separate out of respect for the others.
Thanks again Tee a good thread!
