Stopped by my local Costco and came across these prime bone in short ribs.

Never seen them here before so i had to pick some up.

Its unfortunate that i won't be arlund thos weekend. They will have to wait till next week.

Never smoked beef ribs before so open to suggestions for rubs etc...

Lucky man. I've never had those at my Costco. Braise them for many hours. Will be the best beef you ever had

Nice bones....gonna be a feast soon!
IMO the best thing to put on 'em is a bit of olive oil and then simply some kosher or sea salt, fresh ground pepper, and garlic. Then low and slow until an IT of 200F.

Giant Short Ribs!

They need a nice long, low and slow cook. Treat them just like a regular short rib
