I got my Octoforks
« Reply #-1 on: December 23, 2016, 02:28:26 PM »
I don't know if you guys have seen these or not, they are called Octoforks.  They have more tines than my usual rotisserie and they expand for larger cuts.   I am going to use my Joetisserie to do my Christmas Rib Roast this year.  I wanted to do a trial run before game day, so I did a tri tip the other day, it came out amazing.  It was nice I didn't have to run the spit through it because of the size of the octoforks.  I have cooked with them twice and I am pretty impressed with them. Here is a video the initial spin.
