Chicken Marinade
« Reply #-1 on: January 08, 2017, 05:01:12 PM »
Anyone have a great marinade that they use for chicken? I am looking for ideas for this coming weekend, I am going to cook some boneless breasts and wanted a nice marinade to try with them. I am going to butterfly them or split them entirely and cook them on the Camp Chef (if it ever makes it here!).

Thanks!

I use this as a starter sometimes and add a lil more Asian hot sauce and some fish sauce. Also have adapted this to a southwest style by changing the Asian chili sauce to chipotle hot sauce and then subbin some soy for some Worcestershire sauce and a splash of jalapeƱo white balsamic and lime juice.
