Old but new?
« Reply #-1 on: January 12, 2017, 04:48:21 PM »
An old guy learning new tricks - foodwise, saying HOWDY from Fontana, California.

I'm having fun trying new methods, devices and recipes, and looking forward to reading and contributing here.

Napoleon propane grill, with side sear and rotisserie and a Pit Barrel Cooker (PBC) are my weapons of choice presently but also strategically employ the range and sous vide. I've begun making sausage and intent on curing in the near-ish future as well. The plan to only add ONE gadget or device per year. Wish me luck.

Happy Trails,
Scott
