Sawubona from South Africa
« Reply #-1 on: January 12, 2017, 06:21:47 PM »
Hi there, and happy new year to you all!  :)

A bit about me, I'm from Durban, South Africa, and I'm a photographer. I started cooking in 2011 and started taking it seriously in 2012. I embrace all cooking methods, from traditional to sous vide to smoke. I started smoking around early 2014 with a Weber and a lot of Youtube help, and shortly thereafter moved up to the GMG Daniel Boone, which is what I use today.

Thanks for reading, good eats to you all :)
