Just a quick note to say thanks for the add, I'm really new to Pelletsmoking and look forward to all this site has to offer. My wife gave me a Mak 2 Star for Christmas and I have been dying to fire it. Will be trying my hand at 15lb pork shoulder, bacon wrapped Jalapeno Poppers and whatever else we decide on for the big game Sunday.
