Congrats Tom! It will give you another cooking option, especially when it is too cold out to smoke or grill. Really am enjoying mine.

We have the same model. Works great and fun to use. I put frozen hash brown patties in it and they come out great.

Congrats on the new cooker and as Mike said "especially when it is too cold out to smoke or grill".
It does roast an excellent 6 lb. chicken and everything one would do in an oven but smaller.

I love it here they don't need waterboarding on this site, just put up a spot light with a new cooker in front of us & we say yes in seconds LOL

Well after more thinking I would suggest you give the pan a try and we can learn from your posts but thanks much.
