« Reply #-1 on: February 28, 2017, 10:02:36 AM »
Rub down briskets - Check
Let stand overnight - Check
Start up smoker today - Check
Put briskets on smoker - Check
Let the live oak do it's thing to the briskets - Check

HEB stores had brisket on sale $1.97/lb this week. Scored three 17-18 pounders. Rubbed down with Bolner's Brisket Rub and their orange/pepper blend and let set in fridge overnight. Got up early and put them on this morning on my offset smoker using oak and live oak. Should be ready around 6 pm tonight (hoping)
