Th real truth is that I am sifting thru over 3000 photos to delete the weaker ones, tune the better ones...and I am looking for an on-line hosting site that does not reduce them to really small file sizes like Photobucket, but does not charge....

They are coming - as soon as I can, I promise. And the scenery is worth waiting for - I promise. ;)

Okay, just to show that I did shoot a cow elk, here is a picture of mine.  The dressed weight was 300 pounds on the scale.

I am going to post some travel meals and food sights in a few separate posts.  The first is all about Tee's birthday lunch.

This is Tim on his way into the Stockyard’s Steakhouse in OKC for his birthday lunch.

I ordered an appetizer for Tee since it was his birthday.  Sheep Fries!!

The birthday boy’s lunch steak.

Loaded baked potato anyone?

We have a happy camper, or birthday boy.

Here we have Tee enjoying a really good lunch in a Mexican restaurant in Raton, NM.

After eating that plate of food, it is time for a nice cinnamon sugar covered sopapilla, with honey, of course, to complete the meal.  They were some of the best sopapillas I have ever eaten.
