It's funny, before moving to Texas, I just thought Texas was Texas, but we were surprised how Southern Texas is.

Lots of  "I'm fixing too"   "right quick"  "Yes sir"  "Yes Mamn" 

Wendy now knows how to make a proper sweet tea and mac and cheese

I went to the Marlin police station with all my paperwork on my guns and asked the sergeant what to do with my guns from California

He said "Just keep em clean, you do not want them to get rust"

I didn't realize that Georgia, Alabama, and Texas spoke the same language. At least we can understand each other.

Having traveled to Atlanta about once a week for 20 years for my job, not everyone in Georgia speaks Southern English. Lot's of immigrants from up North.
