Got the Pit Barrel Cooker as a gift. Used it twice, 2nd time today.  Hopefully I'll learn some tips from this forum.

There's a bunch of recipes on their site at this link:

I've always used their times as basic "guidelines" in the beginning. Some times were quite a bit different in some instances...as they always say, BBQ is done when it's done"  8)

Just click on it.  Park it in your bookmarks while you're learning.  I've had my PBC for years but I still go to "the instructions" occasionally and these are the best!
