I was on a vacation in cape cod ma. We were walking the shops and stumbled into a oil & vinegar speciality store. We bought a bunch of stuff. A bottle of garlic infused oil a rosemary infused oil and for vinegars an fig vinegar , an a herbs of naply or some Italian name . Anyhow has anyone ever cook or dress a salad with this stuff ? We bought this stuff without even sampling. Stupid us lol

It's good stuff but doesn't last forever, so don't buy big bottles unless you know you like it..I make my own flavored oils..let them sit for a while then take out flavoring and add morefresh..like, garlic, rosemary, tarragon..anything you like..get some cute bottles.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Infused olive oil is GREAT for dipping fresh French bread in as well.  I'm partial to roasted garlic and herbs in mine, but even citrus peels can give it a great flavor.

For years I have used Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) to fry and saute with. I'll often add a bit of butter depending on what I'm cooking. Fabulous results!!

I also use the EVOO as a glue for my seasonings. I rub it on roasts, butts, poultry, seafood, chicken, etc and then apply my dry rubs.
