A friend let me borrow one of these last week to tryout and see if it works. I used it twice a day 30 second hold 6 times in the morning and 30 second hold 6 times at night ans for the first few days NOTHING.
But, after 3 days I notice getting out of my car was easier and now it's been a week and 1 day I don't struggle getting out of bed or have pain when I go for a walk at lunch
IT WORKS !! If you have back pain and have an Ollie's store near you you can get one for 17.99 if not there 39.99 or so but well worth the money. I have tried mnay things to get relief but this is the ONLY thing that has helped! I have seen doctors, therapy, chiroprators and even an inversoin table NOTHING worked but this little bar Amazing!!
