I have a lot to learn...
« Reply #-1 on: August 24, 2018, 12:10:01 PM »
I'm an ol' guy.  Learned about you from the same forum that norcoscia came from.  I have focused on pizza for the last 5 or so years as my Italian heritage has driven me towards baking.

... but my American heritage is driving me towards BBQ more ... I have a pal that is mentoring me on smoking.  ... but sure have much to learn!  Have dabbled a bit in sausage making for pizza and breakfast sausage.  Still looking for the ultimate sage breakfast sausage!

Looking forward to the journey.  Sure looks like a good board from what I've read this morning.

All the best,
Dave aka BigMoose

Thanks folks for the warm welcome!  Feels just like when I would travel back to our families homestead in the SW Pennsylvania Coal Fields.  Looking forward to our BBQ journey!
