Welcome, Jr! You joined what seems to be a great company, and a company that produces top notch pellets. I have been cooking with Cookin' Pellets for quite some time now and absolutely love them. Not only are the pellets top notch, but so is the customer service. Last year I had what appeared to be a bag of compromised pellets... pellets that had been affected by excessive moisture. I called Cookin' Pellets with no other intention than to ask how a person can tell when pellets have been compromised. An explanation was given, and an immediate offer was made to replace my compromised bag with not one, but two bags. SWEET! A week later the shipment arrived, and I found that instead of two replacement bags, I was given FOUR! Needless to say, I am a customer for life
