I'm from Ontario, Canada. I love to BBQ. Have a Char Broil. I am interested in getting into smoking. My son just bought a really cool Traeger smoker this summer. I am into Sous vide cooking as well which seems to go hand in hand with smoking and BBQ. Looking forward to learning a lot here.

I do the sous vide method too...recently got a pelletizer for long low & slow cooks.
