Hi Everyone,

First time joining a BBQ forum, but long time lurker of BBQ forums for recipe / smoking advice. A little about me -- My name is Patrick and I'm Solutions Engineer for Splunk here in the DC area. Married with a little 5 month old that keeps us pretty busy. I've been smoking on a Large Big Green Egg for about 7 years and absolutely love it.

However, I just pulled the trigger on the Rec Tec Bull w/ Comp Cart and Smoker box yesterday!!!!! It's my first pellet grill. I was torn between the Yoder and the Rec Tec, but the config fo the Bull was about 1k cheaper than Yoder and they're based in my hometown of Augusta, GA (I grew up in Aiken, SC).
