Hello,

Hope each new member intro is a new topic!  Wasn’t sure.  Was introduced to smoking/BBQ by my cross street neighbor some years ago.  He produced spectacular ribs and pork butt and I decided to join in.  He probably cost me a couple thousand $ between a Kamado Joe and a Traeger Jr!  I’ve since upgraded to the modified Li’l Texan sold by COSTCO and I gave away the Kamado to friends more likely to use it.  Once I became a certifiable “pellet head” just no longer had the patience for charcoal, despite the quality of the grill and the food cooked on it.

I joined the forum while trying to get info about error codes displayed on my Stoker control.  I look forward to learning more about the grand art of BBQ.

Hey there and welcome from all of us here in middle Georgia.
I'm pretty new to pelletizing.
I have used the Kettle, an offset, a kamado Akorn, a Masterbuilt smoker, and a long time ago a gasser and an Assassin smoker/grill this year at one time or another.
This is a great place for learning and sharing.
