Hello Brother and Sister Grillers. My name is Chris and I am a new member from Charlotte. I am excited to see what all is getting cooked up here and what its getting cooked on. Currently using a Broil King Baron 420 with Grill Grates (thank you Brad Barrett for making my food taste even better), a new to me Weber Silver B, and a Char-Broil Big Easy SRG. I hope to learn different ways to use the grills for cooking and also to get some ideas about how to make the grills work better. My Silver B will be an experiment as i want to get a griddle plate for it, maybe some grill grates, or who knows. Anyways, glad to be here and look forward to many ideas.
Chris

I was just down in good ole North Carolina (about an hour north of you in the Graham/Burlington area) this past week, with the wife and son, visiting family and friends.

Hey Chris, looks like you are a major Clemson fan - not a bad thing this time of year.

Welcome from all of us here in middle Georgia.

I hope you will be able to share some of your cooks with us...sounds like you know what you're doing with fire and meat.
