Dunno. I can't imagine wanting that much smoke on a chicken.
I would think it would taste like a cigar.

Why don't a couple of y'all volunteer to d a chicken or like that and report back to us on that???

It might start a new trend in slow cookin'...kinda like sous vide.

I'll do one on my pelletizer if I can find a recipe in my new cookbook.
