Hello BBQ gurus,

I'm new to the site.  My wife and I just moved to Hendersonville NC from Chicago.  I am a novice BBQer but looking to get better.  I have the fortunate opportunity to live 10 mins from Tim, this sites coordinator, so I will be able to get the equivalent to an advanced degree in bbq from him .  I have a Memphis Pro and use it for everything from bbq to lasagna. Also, have a masterbilt smoker box that is not used much anymore.   Looking forward to the camaraderie this site offers.

Phil
