Well, time to wrap up the Po Man review.
I really like this cooker.
It has done everything it has claimed it can do.
This is not a overnight cook type of cooker.
The PoMan does not claim to be a lo and slo cooker.
It is a power cooker that runs for three hours 350-325 degrees.
This cooker enables you to enjoy charcoal cooks any day of the week.
This cooker produces food that might make others think you slaved away but you just basically lit charcoal.
Lots of capacity for a very small footprint.
This cooker is equally good in the backyard or at the camp ground or the big game parking lot.
The PoMan cooker cooks the best chicken hands down better than any of my current or past pits.
It is a cooker that appears to not take itself very seriously yet produces championship caliber grub.
It is an attention getter. My neighbors always walk by and stare at it while it is cooking away.
The PoMan cooker has become my most used cooker, it might just become yours as well.
I would like to thank Wes and Emily over at PoMan cookers for their help and suggestions throughout this review
