Hi All, I am Don and I followed Hub here, thanks Hub! I am from Wapakoneta, Ohio. I have been cooking, grilling and smoking over 30 years now. I have done most all the cooking at home for that time too, my wife does most all the clean up. I have a Traeger 07E pellet smoker and I use it year around. Besides doing my favorite Q on it I also use it for an oven and even a slow cooker. I enjoy trying new things and search for recipes I can adapt to my smoker. Looking around in here I see a lot of familiar users from a couple of forums I have used. I am sure I will enjoy and hope I can contribute and learn. At 71 I am living proof you're never too old to learn! Smokin Don
