Boredom cook
« Reply #-1 on: April 15, 2020, 09:39:19 AM »

3 weeks into my unexpected sabbatical I’m a wee bit bored
Usually smoke on a Hasty-Bake charcoal cooker but today I’m playing around.
smoking a rack of ribs on my recently conventional to NG Genesis ( another boredom project)
A smoking tube with Apple pellets, placed in an unlit grill with a rack of frozen ribs.
Smoked 3 hours then seasoned & cooked on low. (250)
Other than no smoke ring tatted just like my charcoal/wood chunk cooks.

Genesis S-330 gasser
