Good Friday Fish Tacos
« Reply #-1 on: April 10, 2020, 08:24:47 PM »

We did fried catfish fish tacos here.

 I do love this fryer!

Too worn out from cleaning up after last night's weather so I didn't make any special sauces. Just had mine with cole slaw, black beans & rice and some fried potatoes I sliced up the other day.

Peanut is my preference but canola works well as I don't keep the oil long so really almost any FRESH oil is ideal.
