I'm a bit confused about what they are trying to convey. Are they contending nitric oxide is a by product of a smoke ring and is bad for a person's body? I thought the human body produced nitric oxide, & that it was beneficial. I'm not a chemist or a scholar on the subject.
I know the Bradley smoker is not highly regarded on this forum, & I understand some of the reasoning why it is held in disdain.
It can be a pain in the butt, and the fuel is a tad expensive.
Having said that, some of the best ribs, butts, briskets, etc. I ever smoked came off my Bradley.
I very seldom use it now for anything except cold smoking, but it has served me well over the years.
Yes, I can get a smoke ring on my other smokers that I can't get on the Bradley, but the smoke ring doesn't make it taste any better.
Not trying to convert anyone. I know what a lot of you think of it.
