Spaghetti & Meatball Night
« Reply #-1 on: September 22, 2020, 08:48:44 PM »

For at least a week now I've been craving a good meatball sandwich. So I decided that I'd make a few and fix spaghetti & meatballs for dinner tonight. Then of course I'll have some good meatballs for a sandwich for dinner either tomorrow or Thursday evening. I ended up making 33 4 oz.(average)meatballs today and baked them before putting them in sauce to simmer for a couple of hours.

I cheated and picked up a loaf of garlic bread at the grocery and just put it in the oven.

Time to eat!

Looks great, I think we're having spaghetti this weekend-firehouse style.
