Chicken & Pasta
« Reply #-1 on: October 12, 2020, 06:21:10 AM »

Sunday morning I sliced a few thick chicken breasts in half and put them to marinate in some buttermilk.

Then that evening I double battered them in seasoned flour and deep fried them. Made a fettuccine and baked some sweet potatoes for sides.

I added a lil marinara to my plate for dipping my chicken.
