Pecan Crusted Pork Tenderloins
« Reply #-1 on: October 20, 2020, 09:10:56 PM »

A late afternoon cocktail or drink makes cooking more enjoyable.

This little boilermaker glass from JD is over 40 years old.

Pork tenderloins on the Keg. These were seasoned, rubbed down with cane syrup, seasoned again and then crusted with chopped pecans.

Rested, sliced and ready to eat.

Not a great picture. Pork tenderloin(tender and juicy!)served with roasted and caramelized butternut squash, doctored up Stove Top Stuffing and a nice salad.

Made a lil Jack Daniels sauce to top off the pork.

Butternut squash has quickly become my favorite vegetable of this season.

Almost forgot and didn't get a picture of the fresh jalapeno cheddar sausage I also grilled.
Tonight's meal was super delicious!!!!!

Cane syrup. I seasoned the tenderloin then rubbed it down with cane syrup(it's a really thick syrup)re-seasoned and then rolled it in the pecans. I should have chopped the pecans smaller but it was still delicious.
