Did smash burgers tonight.



Even with cooler weather one must stay properly hydrated.



I was especially hugry tonight. Busy day prepping for cooking tomorrow for my oldest daughter's birthday, baking her a cake and running to Costco then finally getting back home to cook burgers on the Blackstone.



Had one double and a single......





Two 10" cake layers.



I need to complete the frosting of the cake and probably add the ganache' tomorrow morning.

That looks awesome. Is the Blue Rhino grill comparable to the Blackstone grill? They have the Blue Rhino at our Lowe's, and it caught my eye.

Those rolls have Crows feet lol... reminds me of the year we won the best Hamburger Buns of the year out of 110 bakeries & burger king (we served about 35 of them in the 80's. Said they did not like our roll because of the crows feet.......They were just trying to get our price down. Within two years we had to drop them & they ended up with a roll without any taste....but no crows feet. I tried to tell them that buy the time their people smashed them into the pack you could not tell. We did end up fixing the problem of the crows feet as we had some new equipment that needed some adjusting ......  Anyway I take taste over crows feet all the time.
