Pain Perdu Breakfast Dinner

Well, it was a busy afternoon and we agreed to just have a simple dinner of some pain perdu for dinner but it turned into breakfast.






One of my eggs over did a Humpty Dumpty and broke.

Had no idea what Pain Perdu was, had to look it up.  sure sounds good.  Yours looks like it should be on my plate now for breakfast.
