I took some sirloins, sliced them thin and seasoned well. Mrs. RG fired up her flat top and we tag teamed on the cooking. Onions, peppers and mushrooms found their way to the flat top, as did buttered rolls to get toasty. She had hers with white American and mushrooms, our son had his with American, onions and peppers and mine was onions, peppers, shrooms, pizza sauce, provolone and a dusting of oregano at the end.

It was good! Not the best pics but you get the idea :)



A revolving door of cookers and smokers. Some are keepers, some are here today, gone tomorrow!

I'll take the one that Mrs. RG had.   with a few onions........but all three will do lol.

With up to 22 inches of snow coming we are out of rolls ,...& i feel like bread lol

It's not as heavy duty as our 4 burner Camp Chef but Stephanie actually prefers it because it's round. That XL is a big boy, I'm sure you'll love it!
