Well, I can take credit for starting the Pit Barrel Cooker craze here at LTBBQ but I gotta give credit where credit is due!! I discovered the Pit Barrel Cooker when I discovered the Patio Daddio site!! If it was not for your honest in-depth review, I probably would have ever called Noah..sure glad I did!!

Welcome to the forum! We scored when the Daddio joined up folks!!

Patio Daddio...  Clever,  I like that!  :)

Welcome to the forum John, from N.E. Ohio!

Thanks! Whereabouts in NE Ohio? I was born and partly raised in Ashtabula. As a kid I also lived in Stowe. My folks now live in Concord. My mom is the comptroller at Davis Automotive Group (Jag, BMW, & Land Rover) in Solon.

John

John, We're in Barberton (just south west  of Akron). We're not far from either location. We're only 45 min south of Solon, and about 1 1/2 hours southwest of Ashtabula.

Stowe is very close, just on the other side of Akron from us. We go to Stowe quite often. In fact my wife used to work in Stowe.

If you look under the Wing Commander's avatar you will see a little Earth icon. Click on it and you will go to his blog. Since I flunked German 101 in college I could only understand a few words till I noticed the "translate" icon in the upper right hand corner of the page. There are some Good Eats there.
